Recovering files not accessible

Hello, sometimes sandbox asks to recover files to folders and sometimes it doesn't. I'm new to this and didn't realize that I now can't access some videos, photos, and files that I saved while running Sandbox and my rebit isn't backing them up. how can I move these files out of the sandbox? Thank you for your help!

Just use an unsandboxed Windows Explorer to find and copy/move the files as desired.
I prefer that method, although you could use:
View > Files and Folders > (select the sandbox) > navigate through the sandbox and right-click files to be recovered.

Examine what folders the files are in and see if the folders are listed under:
Sandbox Settings > Recovery > Quick Recovery
