application error (0xc0000005)

I have looked everywhere for a solution to this error, but the little information that was given didn't help. This just recently started to happen, and i have no clue why. It also gives a location 0x63c3e4e1. I have already tried to down grade and still this issue keeps happening. I use sandboxie with chrome and it is preventing me from using flash. It keeps crashing with that error code message while i try and watch youtube videos or any other site that requires shockwave.
