On x64 W7 Home Premium SP1, IE10 only loads x32.

BEFORE REPORTING A PROBLEM:
I posted this in Quick questions a few weeks ago. This problem occurs with both versions of Sb. It is similar as to what happens if User Account Control and Enhanced Security is disabled, you open IE10 and it is running x32. I don't use IE often so it's not a big issue but thought it should be addressed! Thank you!
