SBIE2203 Failed to communicate with Sandboxie Service: *GUIPROXY_00000001 - SandboxieRpcSs.exe [C000007F]

I downloaded from this site yesterday, for Win7 Ultimate, SP1 64 bit. ver 4.06 (64 bit)

After I licensed it today, it started giving this message.

And if I run IE in it, it incessently runs error message

SBIE2203 Failed to communicate with Sandboxie Service: *GUIPROXY_00000001 - iexplore.exe [C000007F]
and keeps repeating it, even if I don't do anything in ie.

It was fine before I licensed it and added two new boxes, and deleted the original.
I deleted the Default box, since it was running IE; I was trying to fix the message.

Did you launch sanboxie in administrator mode ? this prevent "sbie2203 guiproxy error" for me !

@ludovicrouy: What do you mean by running Sandboxie in administrator mode? Did you mean to check: "Run as UAC Administrator"?

Hex 102 = WAIT_TIMEOUT. Where did this occur?

Whenever I copy large amounts of data in Excel 2007.
