I have a feeling that it is Windows 8.1 that was causing this problem. This Tuesday (2014-10-14), my Windows 8 updated to 8.1 out of nowhere, and I started checking my programs, and everything seemed okay for most programs although I had to update a few. However, I expected that.
Running Windows Explorer in the 64 bit version of Sandboxie 4.12 (which I believe is a stable release), I notice that folders take longer than to what they used to load, keyboard cursor moving is very slow, the window is often out of focus or removing its focus, not responding either to my input or in general, and every once in a while I get an error. That error is: "SBIE2203 Failed to communicate with Sandboxie Service: *GUIPROXY_00000002 - explorer.exe [00000102]"
This never used to happen in Windows 8, and it's only Windows Explorer, as far as I can tell, that does this, no other program I can think of that I would normally run in Sandboxie. I would appreciate any help. In the meantime, I suppose I'll try and see if I can work around this with the command prompt. Thank you in advance!
