HELP!! Accidently deleated bookmardks in Firefox.

PLEASE HELP! I accidently deleated my business bookmarks in manager. Is there anyway I can get them back? I've got the latest Firefox, Windows XP Home. I am not computer savy and have tried some of what I've found on the Mozzilla sites but have gotten Knowhere. I dd a system restore and restored my Trash as well. Nothing has helped. Please help or I'm out of business!

You must look at...

%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\'anything'.default\bookmarks.bak

Just rename it by changing .bak for .html and you're done!
If you have firefox 2 you should also have a bookmarkbackups\ folder near the previous one. Check the date of the backup of your lost version and just copy it where bookmarks.bak was also changing it into bookmarks.html and replacing the small one with this (should be bigger)...
