Makes Firefox not work now on one computer

Just updated tonight to latest sandboxie on 2 computers.

On one computer it so far works fine: win7 64 bit with firefox browser

On the other causes firefox to go not responding on every site ive tried, news, email, etc. (when ff is run sandboxed) but works when i tried it in IE sandboxed. This computer is win vista home premium sp2 32bit.

both computers have latest comodo free firewall and latest avast free antivirus.
both have latest firefox and updates to its plugins like java.

I have cleared the contents, restarted the computer. I go to a site like lycos mail, foxnews, various places, and it goes not responding, and stays that way for minutes till i shut browser. one site, http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/, gave a box that a script stopped working.

Had no problem before the install tonight.

I'm afraid Vista sees relatively little testing compared to XP and Windows 7.
You might want to consider downgrading to version 3.76 on that system for an immediate solution.

The win7 computer just got a blue screen shutdown while in sandboxie (did not get bsods before).

I think the bsod said it was due to memory management.

I have a minidump it made. Going to same site again did not replicate the problem though.


(I did go to the older version on the vista system but kept it on this one that seemed to work).

I just got the same bsod again tryin to start sandboxie on this win7 laptop. I have the mem dumps if you want them. usually doesn't happen though.


I also sometimes get the issue others have reported about not communicating with the sandboxie service.
