Not able to run any application

I installed sandboxie on a fresh system and it is not working at all. No matter what application i open in it, it gives me permission error.

Hello userxyz,

Can you provide the exact windows version that you are running ?
Do the apps work fine outside Sandboxie?
Are you using any security restrictions?
Does the issue occur in a new Sandbox with default settings?
Please try the Release Candidate 5.24:

Do things work fine if you uninstall your AV?
