My browser has been hijacked and I can't get rid of this problem after following all Internet suggestions. So, I decided to try Sandboxie, only to find out that I still get hijacked. You have done a great job of keeping things from getting out of the Sandbox, but is there a way to keep things from getting in and changing applications running in Sandboxie?
Thanks,
Tony
Secure Sandboxie from outside infiltration
1) What danger in sandboxed malware?
2) IF you real system is infected THEN you're a real lamer
(or just using the wrong software/settings)
FORTUNETELLER. Tzuk will say sonething like:
Sandboxie has little to do with real system interference for it has very different purpose - to create virtual environment for sandboxed progs only. And as far as SBie is not an anti/virus/malware/keylogger/whatever - use other dedicated software for your protection. Salut.

That's not a very kind responsible ";)".
tonyonly Sandboxie is a preventive solution not a dis-infector. If you have an infected system then Sandboxie is not the immediate solution. After you clean your system through some other means, you might want to consider using Sandboxie to prevent future infections.
