Skype no audible sound at incoming call

Sandboxie 5.20 (64-bit)
Skype 7.38.0.101

Problem description
If Skype is started sandboxed it need approximately 5 minutes due the Skype dialog appears.
All audio settings for microphone and speaker work correct, also the start-up sound is audible.
But if an "Echo / Sound Test Service" call is made no voice is audible.

It make no difference if Skype is installed in or outside the sandbox or if Skype portable (sPortable) is used in or outside the sandbox.

Skype works not sandboxed correct.

Please help me and maybe others to fix this problem.

Hello workingmachine,

I can reproduce the behavior and haven't found anything so far that can make it better.
I will let the devs know and update this thread if anything new comes up.

Why do you need to run Skype Sandboxed?

thank you for your operation to reproduce this problem.

Whenever possible I run programs which uses internet connection sandboxed.
I do not know if Skype is save so that no malware can effect my PC.
A great advantage of programs usage sandboxed is to block access from personal data.

I too use Skype sandboxed. This way the received files are automatically opened in a sandbox. Also, I like to install or at least run as much as possible under Sandboxie.

I have Skype on my Windows 7 x64 and it works alright. It acts a bit weird in certain aspects but it's passable, messagin works, calls work.
