Problem using Gmail, attaching files to e-mail.

Hi there
Windows 8 (64 bit) and SB beta 4.15.4 and Chrome version 38.0.2125.111 m.
The problem happens very often, but not always: When I want to attach a file (usually a Word doc.) to an e-mail, and I'm about to choose the file (usually from my desktop) Chrome crashes all of a sudden. Needless to say this only happens with SB active. I would like to add that this problem has happened in the past with other versions of SB. Thanks in advance for any help.
