update to windows Pro Insider Preview Build 14942.rs-Prerelease. 161003-1929
This has totally killed Sandboxie 5.14
I have posted a complain to the windows 10 Insider people
As for me I'm going back to windows 7 until 2020

Use Windows Insider builds at your own risk. They frequently cause problems with Sandboxie.
