Because this thread concerns KeyScrambler, I want to alert users of V 1.3.2 of the program to watch the QFX web site for another update to the program.
I don't know if the free version is affected or not, but I have alerted QFX to a minor issue with the Pro version and Thunderbird, and also a not-so-minor issue with Firefox, and likely with IE as well.
That was a couple of days ago and so far, no update.
Version 1.3.2 of the program does not recognize the loss of focus if you click the minimize button on your browser, and will happily continue to scramble your keystrokes in whatever program you run.

Yes, I have been experiencing this odd behavior as well using the Pro version. QFX introduced a new Premium edition with version 1.3 which is supposed to work with regular windows programs as well as browsers. I suspect that is the source of their bug.Paul_K wrote:Version 1.3.2 of the program does not recognize the loss of focus if you click the minimize button on your browser, and will happily continue to scramble your keystrokes in whatever program you run.

Really, sweetness! Maybe now ill actually get keyscrambler, i always hated the fact that the free version only works on FF (which i've given up on) and the pro version only extends the funtionality onto IE (which is also a sucky browser, although its better on Vista) but if the pro version works on any program (which also means i could use it in my main browser, Opera), than i'll gladly get it, just have to make sure though that it works on Vista and Sandboxie.dlguild wrote:QFX introduced a new Premium edition with version 1.3 which is supposed to work with regular windows programs as well as browsers. I just downloaded Opera and tried it with Keyscrambler. No go. Bummer. Checked back on their site and it lists Thunderbird, IE, Firefox, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as supported apps. No support for Opera yet.SnDPhoenix wrote:Really, sweetness!
