software compatibility detects something called "windows live".
Now, that microsoft service has been extinct for a real long time!
Is this maybe the template for OneDrive?

Check your services for "Microsoft Account Sign-In Assistant"
(Run > services.msc > OK)
The service name is wlidsvc

"Enables user sign-in through Microsoft account identity services. If this service is stopped, users will not be able to logon to the computer with their Microsoft account."

That's the service that the Sandboxie template scans for:
Tmpl.Scan=s
Tmpl.ScanService=wlidsvc
and then "Add"s the "Windows Live" template to your Sandboxie Software Configuration settings, if it finds that the service is running.
It's not a part of the Windows Live email program (at least not on my Win 10 64-bit PC).

Personally, I selected it and then clicked on "Remove" in Sandboxie Control > Configure > Software Compatibility.
Maybe it's needed for some Microsoft program that's running sandboxed. I don't have a need for it.
I do allow the service to run, although it's set to "Manual" start on my PC.
