Open command prompt with Admin priviliges in a sandbox

Post by jw72253 » Thu Feb 14, 2013 2:46 am

I can open a command prompt inside Sandboxie easily enough, but I can't figure out a quick way to open one while running with elevated privilege (as Admin) without first creating a shortcut. Has anyone figured out a better way? :?:

Well, I suppose I should feel embarrassed for having asked this question since the solution is simple. Right-click the Windows Command shortcut in Accessories and choose run in Sandbox, then use the checkbox at the bottom of the next dialogue Window to Run as Admin. Now you have a Windows CLI with admin privilege at the Terminal, where you can install some programs that expect this privilege. The program gets installed in a sandbox without affecting the rest of your directory or the Windows Registry. Thanks for all the help anyway. 8)
