Java access issues

I'm trying to more than three clients on RSBot, which currently allows two and checks if other instances of java.exe are currently running. How do I prevent it from being able to view if other instances of Java.exe are running? I've made three sandboxes making java.exe, javaw.exe and javaws.exe read-only. I've also prevented java from storing data on my HDD. The program uses java, also.
