interaction outside sandbox

heya I'm new with sandboxie and trying to figure this one out, but there's only outdated information that I've found. (mostly from 2013)

I'm trying to make a program interact (outside sandboxie) with my game that's running inside sandboxie, using the latest version 5.20
could anyone help with this or point me to an up to date guide to start with this ?

Hello Deathax,

Sandboxie's purpose is to isolate applications so they do not modify your host.
What are you trying to do , exactly?
What are your application and game's name?
What are your OS and antivirus versions?
