I found a folder named Sandbox on my C: drive while not running Sandboxie. Within this folder I found URLs that when copied and entered into the address bar of my browser took me to the site specified.
I believe that this should not be something I should be able to do.
What do you think?
For me to believe is insufficient for you to know - rodalsa

Rodalsa, the Sandbox folder in C: drive is where Sandboxie keeps track of changes. Sandboxies role is to keep whats inside from getting out. But you can go inside the folder. Programs outside the sandbox, like antiviruses, can detect viruses as they arrive in the sandbox folder. Read this FAQ. I know you are not asking about viruses but this FAQ mentions the sandbox folder.

@rodalsa : under the C drive Sandbox folder in the sub-folder where you found url's, make sure you set that sandbox to auto delete when you close the forced program. Auto delete will make the sub-folder empty when the forced program is exited.
