I download files from Youtube and TWIT, saving them out of The Sandbox, to my Desktop. Then I run a file AT LEAST THE FIRST TIME "Run Sandboxed" . Have yet to have a note that 'bleep you.exe' wants permission to run, but I check them all.
Been trying to make myself use @#$%$#$@@$ Windows Ten, and I find I cannot do my "Run Sandboxed" . Something about System 32 stuff. I found before, and continue to find, I **DETEST** Windows 10, but, regardless, this recent finding is the Kiss of Death for this Gizmo...
Anybody else ??

Most likely Windows 10 is wanting you to play that video in a metro type app.
What is the default software you're using to play those videos?

You'll need to have that file open in something like VLC, and then when you run it in the sandbox, it will open correctly in VLC...

Thanks, once again, Craig. Without elaborating here, I don't really know what the default Media Player is. But, your posting is good information; I hope others may benefit....
