Remove the sandboxe but keep just an extension

I created a sandboxe for my PDF reader .
When I close the PDF reader, i erase all the contents of my sandboxie (automatically).
But is it possible to remove all except the pdf files ?

Because, if my pdf reader create a .exe, .tmp, .vbs, I want to remove them but I would like to keep the new .pdf, because it's the only real/correct extension, that the reader can create.

You may want to look at powershell or some 3rd party applications.
