[.08] Android SDK start fail

Hello.
I install Android SDK on Sandboxie Win 7x64 without problem. When start "AVD Manager.exe" fail with:

SBIE2205 Service not implemented: Batch Command Line

and from AVD Manager:

"Failed to execute tools\android.bat:
File not found.

Work fine with Sanboxie over WinXP x86.

Tested with Sandboxie 3.76 and 4.01.07
