Windows Live mail cannot initialize RSS feeds when sandboxed

Last week, I installed IE 10 on my computers.
Since then, I think, WLmail (part of Windows Essentials 2012) does not initialize RSS feeds on one computer.
Reading and sending mail is not affected. Outside Sandboxie, RSS feeds initialize. Before last week, no problem.

I do run two computers with similar configuration. The other computer, running 64-bit, runs WLM fine.
This one, a 32-bit computer running Windows 7 (Enterprise, service pack 1), has the problem.
Configuration files are identical.

LIve mail version: Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3505.0912)

Resource logs of two computer show a few differences.
The first one = File/Key X \Device\Mup which line is not included at all in the resource log of the 64-bit computer.

Tried:
Installed fresh copy of version 3.76 , registered.
Deleted contents of Sandbox (Sandbox IE_WLM, forced for IE and WLM)
Restarted the computer.
Run repair on Windows Essentials 2012.

Sandboxie configuration file:

With Sandboxie 401-04, the RSS feeds start as expected.
However, starting Windows Live Mail with this version on this computer, Sandboxie issues error 2205: Service not implemented: SetParent.

For now you can ignore the message about SetParent, unless there is any visible error.

I will probably remove this warning message at some point.
