Windows 10, SB 4.20 Cannot start sandboxed Service RpcSs

I've been using Sandboxie for a while, no problems. Just installed Windows 10 pro, can't start sandboxed browser, I get the error "SBIE2204 Cannot start sandboxed service RpcSs (-1)". Tried everything from reinstalling sandboxie to restarting. I tried searching for solutions but the only threads I found were from like 5 years ago with SuRun and are useless.

v 4.20 is not compatible with Win 10. Download the v 5 Beta. The Beta does not support Metro Apps or the Edge Browser.
