Use on a not owned pc

I use a laptop of my company for both work and personal use at home.
btw, I cannot install on it any sw for which I do not own a license and shareware are not permitted.
As far as I understood, your present license inhibit me to use your sw on that pc, as you explicitly deny the use on a not owned pc and the sw is for personal use only, that means it cannot be installed on a business pc even if their use would not be for business purpose but for my own pleasure.

Is this correct?

Then isn't this an issue you need to take up with your employer, first?

Ask your employer to let you treat the laptop as your own, by taking responsbility yourself for any programs you install on it. Then you would be reasonably within the limits of the license of Sandboxie.
