If Chrome is your default browser, just use the "Sandboxed Web Browser" shortcut that is typically placed on your Desktop.
It will typically use DefaultBox.
If you want to use a different sandbox, create a new one first using Sandboxie Control's menu:
Sandbox > Create new sandbox
To use this new sandbox, or if Chrome is not your default browser:
Use Sandboxie Control's menu:
Configure > Windows Shell Integration > "Add shortcut icons" button
Pick a sandbox to use and then pick Google Chrome from the menu that appears.
I suggest you pick from the Programs or All Files and Folders menus, instead of the Desktop menu.
A new shortcut will be created on your Desktop.
Investigate the settings at:
Sandbox Settings > Applications > Web Browser > Google Chrome
