[.02] v3.76 (64bit) is not compatible with KeyScrambler 3.x

SBie's software compatibility of Keyscrambler has been checked.

After updated KS to 3.x, everything in SBie, including IE, Maxthon, Outlook and so on, cannot be protected by KS 3.x. But if run outside of SBie, they can be protected by KS 3.x.

KS 2.x has no such problem.
