Hallo,
after executing something sandboxed, you can access the registry data outside the sandbox, as it is described here http://www.sandboxie.com/index.php?SandboxHierarchy
Let's say I have the sandbox on my portable drive I:. I make some changes in the sandboxed registry. Are those changes somewhere written to C:? To some files of windows?
I hope you understand what I mean, if not, please ask.
After reghive is loaded, where is it stored?

Yes i know what you mean, and no, there would be no traces on the pc you ran sandboxie in, if you made a change to the sandboxie registry, it would only apply to the reghive, (which is on your usb stick), so there would be no traces at all left on the pc, only on your usb stick.
