After my windows has been updated last night. Sandboxie is not working anymore. Don't how to fix it.
I have many things are running with Sandboxie. Now I am stuck.
Please help and advise.

Because you're using a version of SBIE that doesn't support Dev Fast Ring builds.
Fast Ring builds should not be used on your primary system, or production machines for this very reason. Things will not work.
MS Explicitly warns users of this.
Fortunately, if you look at the forum, you will see that the SBIE beta's do indeed support it.
Grab beta 5.11.10. http://forums.sandboxie.com/phpBB3/viewforum.php?f=57
