Is Sandboxie a false security? [SOLVED]

Apparently Blackshades was a problem some time ago. Has this access granting weakness been fixed? Is Sandboxie 100% safe for protecting against activity through sandboxed web browsers?

Well, does it? Does it have known weaknesses? I would preferably like an answer from a developer.
