How to get files from Sandbox to normal areas

Hi guys,

I think I'm confused here but please bear with me!

I downloaded a folder into my documents sandboxed. I can only see this folder when I go into my documents sandboxed. How do I take the folder form the sandbox into the normal my documents so that I can see it all the time?

Any clarity much appreciated!

Unfortunately when I go into this it says there are no files to recover.

How do I make this file in my documents reappear?

You need to add the folders where you want to recover from. Go to Recovery>Quick recovery and add the folders.

Also, make sure your browser is set to recover in one of those folders.
