Windows 8 compatibility

Hi all.
In Sandboxie site, I have read that SB is compatible with Windows 8 (Sandboxie Installer 3.76 (Windows 2000 - Windows 8; 32-bit + 64-bit)).
But, before installing, a message warning appears and notify my about serious incompatibilty.
What I must to do?

Ignore the warning.

Anyway in my opinion 3.76 should be avoided on Windows 8 and 4.01 is not good enough yet to be used in production environments.
