Using a sandboxed add-on in a none sandbox IE10?

Hi all

Can IE addons that are in a sandbox, be made so a none sandboxed IE can see and use them?

I want to run a sandboxed program that can install a IE addon, but I want the IE addon to be seen by IE outside the SB.

if I run IE10 in the same sandbox as the program that adds the IE addon, it can be seen on the toolbar of IE.
But not if IE10 is not in the box

So prog in the SB, prog IE addon seen by normal IE
