Will sandboxie interfere with LogmeIn Rescue?

I am trying to install some software in a machine that has Sandboxie installed. When I remote in I cannot control the mouse or keyboard, even when I start LogMeIn Rescue as a system service. Could this be caused by Sandboxie and if so how do I get Sandboxie to allow it. I have exited it from the software from the system tray icon but I still have the problem. I'm assuming there is a system service???
