Is the workaround you posted for forcing IE10 to retain cookies built into 4.02 or should I still follow those instructions.

Thanks. You can enable the IE 10 cookie settings in Sandbox Settings > Applications > Web Browser > Internet Explorer
> Allow direct access to Internet Explorer cookies
You can get rid of any custom settings that you entered to get the same result.
And you can probably just keep them, all the same time.
