Strange problem with KGB Keylogger (Solved)

Post by Rasheed187 » Mon Jun 11, 2007 8:29 am

I have downloaded the free version, but it doesn´t show up in the virtualization folder after installed. It does seem to run sandboxed though. I´m using v 2.85.

what do you mean the "virtualization folder", you mean when you click "explore sandbox", also maybe the problem is only with 2.85 (old version), ill test it in a little bit and see what happens with me.

Yes your right, i just installed in in a sandbox, and when i went to look for it, the folder wasnt shown, BUT, thats only because the installer sets it as an hidden folder, just go into your control panel, click folder options, goto the view tab, and go down and click on "Show hidden files and folders", also uncheck the 2 boxes right below "Show hidden files and folders", and now youll see the kgb folder in the sandbox.

Seems that I´m having problems with Windows Explorer, for some reason it can´t display the hidden folder (even with "show hidden folders" checked), while other tools can, strange stuff. :?
