Will this work for secured browsing in an enterprise setup?

My company is looking into options on how to allow personal email access through a secured browser.

The browser cannot copy/paste clipboard contents, nor upload or download a file.

Will Sandboxie work in this instance? I was looking into kiosk browsers, but they're all full-screen and overly restrictive.

My company's firewall is already restricting certain access to websites, but if I can make a whitelist/blacklist within the app, that would be even better.
