APC_INDEX_MISMATCH

Hi,
I am getting a BSOD everytime I try and use sandboxie.
The main program window opens fine but if I try and run an exe file sandboxed I get the BSOD with APC_INDEX_MISMATCH.
If I try and open the sandboxed web browser from the desktop I get the same BSOD.

The Windows version number? (i.e. Windows 10 Pro 64bit,)
Sandboxie version number (SBIE v5.12.2) was doing the same on the latest non-beta version
NAME & Version/build numbers of any applications involved? (Chrome v43, FF45 etc) N/A
Are you running antivirus/anti-malware software? McAfee Security Centre
Any ideas

You use OpenWinClass=* ?

Also what Windows Version and at what Update Build / Version you are ?
