Sandboxie, Keylogger & Spyware

If I install a programm which may contains a keylogger or spyware into Sandboxie and run it from there, can the keylogger in the programm still capture what I type in other programs outside of the sandbox?

Can the spyware in the program access other files / and folders on the computer which are not in the sandbox?

Yes.

Yes, but you can configure Sandboxie to avoid that.
