Not sure what you're trying to ask, but do you mean sandboxing USB/CD/DVD drives? If so, simply force run the allocated drive letter to run sandboxed. Also, using a limited/restricted/standard user account would protect you easily from MBR virus. Add SRP/AppLocker and you are secured for life.

If you're super paranoid, simply enable your system virtualiser (I use Shadow Defender) before plugging in any foreign/untrusted/dodgy USB drives etc
Sandboxie + SUA + DEP
Windows Firewall + NAT Router
Drive SnapShot (on-demand)
