Close Control and/or tray after last Sandboxed app closes

For the more casual users I think an option to either remove the tray or close Sandboxie Control completely after the last Sandboxed program shuts down would be nice.

Personally, I mostly have Control running because it's needed for the border indicator and that's about it.
