Is there any chance Kaspersky 2016 gets supported? [SOLVED]

Safe Money still exists today. Now that's actually when I switched over to Sandboxie. Sandboxie worked fine with KIS 2013 and 2014 until KIS changed things (starting with KIS 15) to work on Windows 10. So blaming this on the "failed Sandbox" makes no sense to me, sorry.
John, read this post from late 2013.

For Sandboxie users, Windows defender is one of the best AV options as it doesn't conflict with Sandboxie and you don't have to open holes that weaken the sandbox. Window defender can handle known threats and Sandboxie the rest.

Obviously there are people that want Sandboxie to work with Kaspersky. Kaspersky was working fine with Sandboxie until Kaspersky put out a release that takes over the Windows desktop object. Sandboxie must be able to sandbox the desktop object and it can't because Kaspersky has a hold on it.

I don't know if this is a bug or a design change by Kaspersky. But, I sent them 1 line of code that demonstrates the problem.

If it is a bug, they need to fix it. If it is truly part of their new design, then we have a problem. The only way for Sandboxie to work with that would be to un-sandbox the desktop object. Which weakens our security.

The bottom line is this: Kaspersky broke compatibility with Sandboxie, not the other way around.

There are many other A/V's that work just fine with Sandboxie. http://forums.sandboxie.com/phpBB3/view ... 11&t=21539. We have recommended Windows Defender not because it is the best A/V, but because it has never had an issue with Sandboxie and that is what we use here at Invincea.

If that is accurate as stated, why can I sandbox Opera with no problem? I have tested it extensively, even injecting known viruses and Kaspersky detected it properly while the Sandbox operated flawlessly as far as I could tell. I have sandboxed numerous applications on Windows 10 and Sandboxie (even big ones like PaperPort which makes extensive use of browsing) and they work fine - it's mainly Explorer and the major browsers (MSIE, Firefox and Chrome) that have a problem.

Communicating customer feedback should always accomplish something. It might not hasten a solution, but it does let companies know what their customers are experiencing and looking for in a product. I would hope that as your paid customer, you are interested in my feedback.
