Chome auto installs

I've noticed that SANDBOXIE does not seem to directly support the auto updates frequently performed by Chrome for both the browser and Flash. Thus whenever I see Chrome needs to be updated, or I get the SANDBOXIE errors indicating Chrome is attempting to auto update, I have to remove chrome from the sandbox, do the update, then add it back to the sandbox. It's a bit of effort. Is there a way to allow Chrome to do it's updates without going through these manual steps?
