rebooting Pc with sandboxing running?

I have installed app with SB (sandboxie) running and then rebooted my Pc. It looks like all data stored inside the SB regarding this app is gone but the app is still on my Pc. Is this normal or have installed this app the wrong way? I just wanted to let
this app run for few days to see if there is a conflict with my W8.1?
