Hello, i want to keep some of the stuff in sandboxes safe and private. Not accessible, even from the trash box when i delete files or from another partition. i was wondering if you guys could add password-protection to sandboxes. thanks a lot :P

yep, i have truecrypt and is pretty good... but the point is, why use two different softwares when i can use only one for both privacy and security. i suppose password-protection could be an advanced feature available for registered users only and sure is to appeal to all those privacy concerned people out there :D

A sandbox is just a group of files on disk. How are you going to password protect that? Crypting the data.
tzuk is not going to add such feature most probably so the solution is truecrypt e.g.

There should also be encrypted folders in Windows. Never used that feature myself, but might be useful to you tyler_80. But TrueCrypt is really easy to set up and a terrific solution.
