Sandboxie tutorial on running Browser & Yellow Border

As a new user, I was following the guidance in the tutorial. I am running Windows 7.

Sandboxie desktop icon showed up only at ReBoot. However could easily open Sandboxie from the Start menu.

When from Sandboxie Control, selecting Sandbox, DefaultBox, Run Sandboxed, Web Browser It does open Internet Explorer (V11). However there is nothing about "Sandboxie" in the Window Title Bar of Internet Explorer. However there is a Yellow Border surrounding IE whenever the mouse is passed across it. Does the existence of a YELLOW BORDER represent the acid test of being inside a Sandbox? It seems like other things are working as noted. IE.exe does show up in the Sandboxie Control Window along with several other programs launched by Sandboxie (not just the ones listed in the Tutorial). Is this because of running Windows 7? Is all well, or am I missing something else?
