Focus Stealing autodelete

Hello tzuk, just a quick question I couldn't find the answer to...

When a sandboxed app is closed and autodeleted, there appears a tiny colored square in the left upper corner and the focus is lost. I don't mind stealing focus, but as far as I use multidesktop (2 mons + HDMI TV) I often find that the app isn't on the proper screen, because it switched to a closed app screen and returned to previously run one.

Yes, sounds a bit complicated, but it's Yod3D + multidesktop, which occasionally goes err after autodeleting a sandboxed app.

I mean is there's a background or focus-nonstealing method for XP SP3 to flush the sandbox?
Pending autodelete is not an option.

I think I know what you're talking about regarding the tiny square in the upper left corner but I don't think it has to do with auto delete. It's probably the color border feature getting confused by windows disappearing. How about turning off the border (in Sandbox Settings > Appearance) as a workaround?
