SBIE2203 - Total Commander 9.0a

Windows 7 64bit and Windows 10 64bit
Sandboxie 5.20 64bit [DefaultBox]
Total Commander 9.0a 64bit

Always got the message "SBIE2203 Failed to communicate with Sandboxie Service: *GUIPROXY_00000001 - TOTALCMD64.EXE [C0000024]"
Except to click the Hide button hides the message, please advise hot to solve this problem?

I installed Total Commander 9a on Windows 10 x64 and did not receive any errors when launching it Sandboxed.

Does the issue happen in a new Sandbox with default settings?
Do you have any antivirus software installed?
Do other applications launch correctly Sandboxed?

What are the exact steps to reproduce the issue?

Also, does hiding the error prevent the program from working Sandboxed? If not, then hiding it should allow you to use it Sandboxed without issues.

Does the issue happen in a new Sandbox with default settings? Yes. This issue still happen in a new Sandbox with default settings.
Do you have any antivirus software installed? Win7:PC-cillin, Win10: Windows Defender
Do other applications launch correctly Sandboxed? Yes, other applications launch correctly.

One more thing, I am using Total Commander 9.0a portable version.
Refer to README.TXT for the portable installation.

Installation BY HAND: Just copy the files to a directory on your hard disk.
Unpack the file install.cab with a cab unpacker (like CABVIEW from Microsoft)
to an empty dir, like c:\totalcmd . Files in subdir e\ need to be moved to
the dir where totalcmd.exe is.

Or copy the installed "totalcmd" folder to somewhere, and uninstall Total Commander 9.0a.

I followed the steps to extract the files and put them in a folder on my desktop using Windows 10 x64 CU + Sbie 5.21.2.
I was able to launch Total Commander Sandboxed without any errors.
Give the beta a try:

What are the exact steps to repro the issue?
Are there any other applications running at the time you receive the error?
Anything added to Windows Explorer?
If you choose to hide the message, are you able to use the application?

My current Total Commander 9.0a + Sbie 5.21.2 still has the same problem.

And then I trying to use fresh Total Commander 9.0a(all default setting) + Sbie 5.21.2, yes, it is ok now.

So, I suppose it cause by some program options, after several tests, I found a way to reproduce this problem.

Step1. Initial launch Total Commander 9.0a + Sbie 5.21.2
Step2. Click some [Number] and [OK] button to use default setting to start the program.
Step3. Press Ctrl + T to open a new Tab, the SBIE2203 message will appear immediately.

If I disable the Tabs function in my current Total Commander 9.0a(with many setting and plug-ins) + Sbie 5.21.2, it works fine as well.
But the Tabs is very useful function, just like IE browser or Chrome browser Tabs.
And if I choose to hide the message, it is able to use, but I am not sure if any side effect.
