i cant delete the sandbox

i recently downloaded sandboxie, installed it and took the tutorial. when i try to apply the last procedure, deleting the sandbox, i receive a message form sandboxie startup that says"Delete Sandbox: Some processes are currently sandboxed. Please terminate them befor deleting the contents of the sandbox"
i closed all browser windows that were open in sandboxie and still get that message so i cannot delete the sand box.
please advise thanks

Did the red dots disappear in the Sandboxie icon?

Sometimes even you close every windows open, there still are programs running in the sandbox.They seem to run in the background,(it has happened to me a few times).
To close all of them down you have to open sandboxie window and manually terminate them.Then you can delete content.

P.S. Use the new version 2.77. It has many improvements.

thanks for suggestions. i finally terminated those processes from the sandboxie main window menu. i hadn't realized that just closing them would leave them still running in the background. appreciate the help.
