No one? LOL
Come on someone must have a clue.
If you dont have a clue how about a way to turn off the error window that pops up constantly?

FF 27 0 1
SB 4 08 64

Ive tried going backwards to v376,402,404,406 and now 408.
It seems to be a conflict with FF in general. I tried turning off all add-ons 1x1. But that didnt help.

Similar problem (SBIE2205 Service not implemented: DDE DATA) last year posted by you:

I can't suggest which software might use that specific DDE functionality that is not supported by Sandboxie.
But this isn't standard behavior that is part of the clipboard copy operation.
Once again this is something specific to your computer system, most likely due to the particular mix of software you use.

If there is no actual problem, then you can hide the message to keep it from showing every time you copy.
Click the HIDE button next time the Messages from Sandboxie window appears.

I would try Disabling all Firefox add-ons (when not sandboxed) and then see if the problem goes away when Firefox is run sandboxed.
Tools > Add-ons > Disable buttons

Make sure to set the sandbox to auto-delete before testing, since you don't want anything left in the sandbox that might cause a problem.
Sandbox Settings > Delete > Delete Invocation

There shouldn't be any reason for DDE to be needed by Firefox during those kind of operations, unless perhaps some add-on is trying to use it.
If you no longer see the problem with the add-ons disabled, start re-enabling some of them (when not sandboxed) to see which one is causing the problem.

There's a known problem with using DDE with Sandboxie v4, but as I said there shouldn't be any need for DDE when performing those operations in Firefox.

Out of SB no problems with or without add-ons.
In SB problems.
I have gone through all the add-ons and there are a lot of them:)
I thought I may have narrowed it down to an add-on named "fastest search" which is indispensable to me. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... st-search/ but noooooooooooo.
Even when I remove that add - on I get the issue although a bit different.
With it installed the message comes up no matter where I copy in the browser. If I remove it I seem to only get it when I copy in the address bar.
I have removed the apps one by one and cannot get a clear idea what app could be causing this.

How to setup SB to stop the messages?

Got a message from SB to uncheck "drop my rights" while I was in Sboxed Chrome.

Is there any chance that the new owners are paying attention?
It would be nice to get some real help.

Hi Silat, I installed the addon (Fastest search) in my W7 32 bits laptop and did not get any SBIE messages or experienced any kind of problems doing what you describe above.

About Flash plugin in SBIE control. If you are on W7 and above, you will see the plugin listed in SBIE control any time you play flash content.

Thanks for the reply. I noted in my post that FS was not the problem. In fact I think FF is the problem:)
Anyway it would be nice if the owners of SB would chime in and tell me how to turn off the error message.

Click Hide to turn off the message. If everything works fine, the messages can be ignored.

The error message comes up all the time. It is not easy to work around. It is a problem.
1 hilite text get error message
2. turn off error message
3. hilite again
4. right click to copy
5. get error message
6. turn off error message
7 right click to copy
It is a problem to work that way.

I just completely got rid of FF and all its remnants.
Reinstalled.
Can hilite and copy without error.
Then I installed FASTEST SEARCH only.
I get the error window everytime I hilite text or try and copy anything which is every few minutes. Can I authorize SB to let the extension work freely?
I feel like Im going around in circles here.
What do I do to make SB work with Fastest Search? Is it a problem that SB HQ can fix?
Film of the issue I put on Mega.
https://mega.co.nz/#!3ABRzLBK!hUY5aD9-L ... pG1OYRZV50

And just for fun I get these occasionally:
SBIE2214 Request to start service 'bits' was denied due to dropped rights
SBIE2219 Request was issued by program SandboxieDcomLaunch.exe [DefaultBox]
SBIE2220 To permit use of Administrator privileges, please double-click on this message line

To turn off the message, you have to click "Hide".

I watched the video, you clicked on Close.

We will investigate FASTEST SEARCH as soon as we can. With 1000's of apps/addons out there, we cannot promise to check compatibility with every one.
