UAC pop-up flashing by [SOLVED]

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit v1703 (OS Build 15063.332)
Surface Pro 4 (i7-6650U @ 2.20 GHz, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD
Sandboxie v5.18 64-bit

Lately I've seen this pop-up appear when running certain apps (usually installers). It flashes by very quickly, I'm just wondering if that's intentional, otherwise it seems pointless because it literally stays visible for a few milliseconds and it's impossible to read it.

In case anybody wonders what the x33 means, that's just a notation of mine to denote installer "bitness":

x32 = Installer containing 32-bit-only app that will run on 32-bit systems only
x33 = Installer containing 32-bit app that can run on both 32- and 64-bit systems
x64 = Installer containing 64-bit-only app
x96 = Installer containing both 32- and 64-bit apps

Posted there, thanks. IMO it would be better to suppress the pop-up, it was very confusing for a while!
